Team and Role Overview

The Data Science Training faculty is a collaborative, international group dedicated to developing and delivering cutting-edge programs on data science, analytics, and applied quantitative skills. Our clients include banks, financial institutions, corporate entities, regulators, and multilateral organizations.

Course delivery spans in-house, virtual, and public sessions, emphasizing practical, market-aligned content. Trainers are expected to regularly attend the Dubai office when not engaged with teaching commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced training programs in data science, analytics, and related technical disciplines targeting corporate and professional learners.
• Develop engaging materials such as presentations, exercises, case studies, assessments, and supplementary resources.
• Conduct training through multiple modalities including virtual, face-to-face, and blended formats.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible, and practical learning experiences tailored for diverse audiences.
• Contribute to ongoing development and refinement of Fitch Learning's data science curriculum and technical training portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams including product development, sales, and client relations to tailor learning solutions to client needs.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in data science, machine learning, analytics, and instructional design to keep content relevant.
• Utilize learner and client feedback to continuously enhance training quality, engagement, and learning outcomes.
• Support commercial efforts by providing subject matter expertise in proposals, pitches, and client interactions as needed.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Fluency in Arabic with the ability to conduct training sessions in the language.
• Strong expertise in data science, analytics, statistics, machine learning, or related technical fields.
• Experience creating and delivering professional training, education, or facilitation in technical subjects.
• Confidence presenting to diverse audiences and the skill to convey complex topics clearly and engagingly.
• Hands-on proficiency with pertinent programming languages, analytical tools, or data visualization platforms.
• Capability to develop high-quality, technically sound, yet learner-centered training content.
• A commercial mindset to align educational offerings with client and market requirements.
• Adaptability, collaboration skills, and comfort working in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background delivering training within financial services, banking, capital markets, or similarly regulated sectors.
• Experience applying data science techniques to commercial, credit, risk, or financial scenarios.
• Skill in tailoring training programs specifically for corporate clients.
• Knowledge of instructional design best practices across digital, blended, and instructor-led delivery methods.
• Innovative approach to course creation, instructional delivery, and assessments.
• Advanced academic qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
