- Proactively source and onboard proprietary data—including performance, fundraising, and strategy metrics—by conducting direct outreach and research, focusing on information unavailable publicly.
- Safeguard data quality through vigilant monitoring to maintain the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and currency of datasets.
- Work alongside global and regional teams to execute campaigns aimed at identifying coverage gaps, crafting effective data acquisition approaches, and enhancing the client experience.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and contact point for the Southeast Asia alternatives sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, data science, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of experience in roles involving business development, account management, or relationship management.
- Deep knowledge of the Southeast Asian private markets and alternatives industry.
- Capability to operate in client-facing roles requiring frequent in-person meetings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong team collaboration abilities with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, especially across borders and in small teams.
- Attention to detail and aptitude for managing several priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Additional skills such as Python, SQL, and VBA are advantageous.
