About the Role

Tech Mahindra, a leading multinational IT services company, is seeking candidates for the Associate Customer Support position focused on chat-based customer service in Visakhapatnam. This role emphasizes resolving customer queries efficiently through chat support in a 24/7 shift environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond and resolve customer inquiries via chat communication.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 or completion of a 3-year diploma.
• Open to freshers and experienced individuals.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with dedication to service.
• Ability to work in rotating 24/7 shifts without planned leave for the first three months post joining.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• Daily work hours consist of 9 hours: 8 hours of active work plus a 1-hour break.

Interview Process

• Initial HR round focusing on general evaluation.
• Online assessment.
• Typing test to validate speed and accuracy.
• Operations round (OPS).
• Versant language test.

Compensation

Up to INR 242,000 per annum.
