Role Overview
The Associate Consultant position is a full-time role based at the WEST BAY office. The individual will assist on client projects by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing presentations and reports that guide strategic and operational decision-making. Working under senior consultants, responsibilities include documenting business requirements, mapping processes, and formulating improvement recommendations across various domains like operations, finance, and organizational development. Daily activities involve attending client meetings to capture key takeaways and follow-up actions, aiding in the design and support of change initiatives, and contributing to internal knowledge-sharing and continual enhancement of consulting methods and tools.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through data gathering, basic quantitative analyses, and metric interpretation.
- Excellent communication capabilities with proficiency in producing clear reports and presentations as well as engaging effectively with clients and team members.
- Relevant interest or experience in business management, strategy, operations, or finance, gained within consulting or corporate environments.
- Ability to collaborate well in teams, nurture client relationships, and flexibly manage evolving priorities and deadlines.
- Competent in productivity and data analysis software such as spreadsheets, presentation tools, word processors, and basic research applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a comparable field; prior internships or early consulting experience is advantageous.
- Meticulous organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Willingness to work on-site in WEST BAY and to travel occasionally for client visits or workshops.
