Role Summary

We are seeking an Associate Consultant to spearhead critical advisory and transformation workstreams primarily within the UAE and broader Middle East regions. This position involves engaging directly with senior client leaders to support their transformation journeys through strategic planning, solution design, and implementation leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple workstreams focusing on organizational transformation, operating model optimization, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
• Advise client leadership on challenges and identify opportunities for improvement regarding governance, performance, and capabilities.
• Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, organizational structures, transformation roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather insights and drive consensus.
• Present findings and recommendations to top-level client stakeholders.
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams, oversee workplans, mitigate risks, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Support program governance and monitor project performance metrics.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and senior consultants to build team capability.
• Contribute to business development efforts including proposals, bids, client relationship building, and thought leadership activities.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in consulting, advisory, transformation, or organizational change environments.
• Proven experience leading workstreams or projects within large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders.
• Expertise in operating model design, governance frameworks, organizational effectiveness, and transformation delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing project execution.
• Comfortable working onsite at client locations to support delivery and engage with stakeholders directly.
• Commercial acumen and participation in business development processes.
• Familiarity with government or infrastructure-related sectors such as real estate, utilities, transport, and energy in the Middle East region.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
