  • Supervise installations ensuring dimensional precision, workmanship excellence, compliance with accessibility standards, and adherence to approved architectural standards.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12 years' professional architectural experience focusing on design coordination, technical review, and on-site supervision of complex projects.
  • Professional architectural accreditation such as RIBA Part 3 or equivalent registration.
  • Proven competence in coordinating architectural elements with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, AV, and specialized systems on large-scale projects.
  • Experience working on entertainment venues, immersive environment designs, or other specialized fit-out projects.
  • Advanced skills in architectural drawings, detailing, technical specifications, and as-built documentation.
  • Strong background in quality assurance, snagging oversight, and rectification of identified defects.
  • Extensive involvement in material selection processes, mock-up evaluation, and assessment of aesthetic quality.
  • Capability to identify and resolve spatial conflicts, drawing inconsistencies, and site challenges through cooperative problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and associated architectural software platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities, managing multi-disciplinary consultant collaboration effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior participation in award-winning or highly visible entertainment or experiential design projects.
