Overview
The Client Service team at Guidepoint links clients with subject matter experts to enhance their business decision-making. They invest effort to comprehend each client's particular research requirements and swiftly connect them with the most relevant experts, often within hours.
In the role of Associate within the Client Service team, you will grasp your client's distinct business questions and locate the experts best suited to provide answers. You will recruit new experts into Guidepoint's network of over 1,250,000 Advisors, selecting those ideal to liaise with clients. This role offers a valuable chance to apply core business abilities and gain insight across multiple industries and disciplines.
This position operates in a hybrid format based in Manchester, England. Candidates must hold the legal right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in sales activities by identifying and recruiting top experts to expand the consultation network
- Collaborate with Project Managers to devise strategies that meet client project requirements
- Use resources such as LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and online research to find suitable experts for clients' strategic or investment inquiries
- Identify promising leads and invite them to join the expert network for client consultations
- Evaluate candidates for each specific client project and prepare professional expert profiles for client presentation
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Experience through internships, volunteering, or extracurricular activities
- Legal authorization to work in the UK
- Fluency in English and French
- A strong desire to work in a results-driven, KPI-focused sales or lead generation role
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on achieving results
- Excellent organization and time management skills
