About the Role
Join a leading global organizational consulting firm, renowned for its expertise in executive search, leadership development, and organizational design. This role is part of the dynamic CFO Practice team, responsible for supporting search assignments, building client and candidate relationships, and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full executive search lifecycle from initial client briefing through to candidate acceptance, ensuring a seamless delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skillsets, and cultural alignment.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with clients, candidates, and sector experts to source premium talent and keep abreast of market trends.
- Develop detailed, client-facing candidate profiles, presentations, and interview materials emphasizing candidates' strengths and unique value.
- Collaborate with team members to devise search strategies, identify target companies and sectors, and perform in-depth research to locate top-tier candidates.
- Engage in business development initiatives to secure new assignments and enhance the practice’s reputation.
- Provide mentoring and training to junior colleagues, fostering their professional growth and contribution to the team.
- Utilize technology and data analytics tools to optimize recruitment workflows, improve candidate evaluations, and deliver insightful reports to clients.
- Remain informed of the latest industry best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain service excellence.
Professional Experience and Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in executive search, preferably focusing on finance or CFO recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; MBA or higher qualifications are advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in managing search assignments and producing significant client outcomes.
- Keen interest and understanding of finance roles, especially CFO functions, including relevant skills and competencies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality delivery.
- Initiative-driven self-starter with a proactive approach and accountability for outcomes.
- Capable of thriving in collaborative, team-oriented environments toward common objectives.
