Associate Architect

About the Role

A reputable international architecture firm with a global presence and approximately 150 employees is seeking to hire an Associate Architect based in Dubai. This expanding Dubai office has a solid client base and an extensive portfolio throughout the Middle East, providing a strong foundation for ongoing and future projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading architectural projects and overseeing their successful delivery
• Managing relationships with clients and representing the firm confidently
• Coordinating and guiding design teams through project phases
• Assisting with the growth of the Dubai studio, including recruiting and team building
• Collaborating closely with an experienced Regional Director who possesses comprehensive local market expertise

Requirements

• Proven experience working at a well-known international architecture practice (mandatory)
• Strong skills in architectural design and project execution
• Confidence in client-facing presentations and management
• Leadership experience leading projects and teams
• Desire to expand and manage a dedicated team
• Experience in the Middle East architecture market is advantageous but not essential
