Role Overview
The Architecture team, part of the Buildings and Cities unit, offers services across all RIBA/RIAI stages. This role is based in Dublin, focused on expanding the Architecture practice. The main subsectors served include Aviation, Industrial, and Transportation, alongside varied building typologies throughout the UK, Europe, and internationally. Projects cover all phases of the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture
- Experience within an Architectural Practice or similar, particularly running projects in Ireland
- Post-qualification (Post Part 3) ARB registration and/or Registered Architect status in Ireland
- Capability to deliver projects from both design and technical perspectives
- Familiarity with working in Ireland’s architectural landscape and project delivery
- Beneficial experience in Aviation, Industrial, Transportation, Justice & Correctional sectors
- Proficiency with Revit software
- Genuine interest and understanding of Architecture and the Built Environment, including current building legislation and guidance such as Building Regulations and British Standards
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously
