Job Overview
The position of Associate Agency Developer Manager involves spearheading agent recruitment, fostering agent growth, meeting targeted business goals, and nurturing customer relationships to uphold the brand's reputation and success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish diverse sources for agent recruitment and develop a robust pipeline of agents and prospects.
- Initiate activities to increase existing agent engagement that results in referrals for new hires.
- Organize career seminars aimed at prospective agents.
- Adhere strictly to agent hiring procedures and compliance norms.
- Promote comprehensive product knowledge among agents through company training methods including field demonstrations.
- Develop and strengthen agents' prospecting, communication, and work habits.
- Collaborate with agents to plan, monitor, and evaluate activities and targets.
- Identify agent training gaps and coordinate with trainers for skill enhancement.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives consistently.
- Boost agent productivity and client retention through regular performance reviews and incentive programs.
- Ensure adherence to product mix sales ratios and overall corporate business policies.
- Maintain high levels of agent activity aligned with business plans.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, championing customer-centric sales practices to build lasting client loyalty.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to gauge needs and feedback.
- Ensure swift and satisfactory response to customer inquiries according to company standards.
Success Metrics
- Achievement of business plans and gross premium amount targets.
- Effective recruitment, development, and activation of agents per plan.
- Maintaining a target number of monthly active agents.
- Meeting persistency benchmarks as outlined in guidelines.
- Increasing number of agents qualifying for elite statuses such as EC or MDRT.
