Associate Accountant

About the Role

Arnifi Corporate Services Providers Limited invites applications for the role of Associate Accountant based in Bangalore. This position requires a meticulous professional skilled in bookkeeping and familiar with accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books. The candidate will be responsible for precise day-to-day financial management and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain bookkeeping records for daily financial transactions.
• Document various accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journals.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Conduct bank and vendor reconciliations regularly.
• Prepare GST computations and support adherence to statutory regulations.
• Produce essential financial statements including Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Manage proper documentation and systematic filing of financial records.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or a similar discipline.
• Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Proficiency in using Tally and Zoho Books accounting software.
• Sound understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Strong numerical skills with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience managing financials for multiple clients or entities.
• Awareness of UAE accounting standards is advantageous.

Additional Information

This full-time role is located onsite at our Bangalore office. The salary range offered for this position is INR 600000 to 800000 annually. This opportunity includes health insurance as part of the benefits package. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of work experience to be eligible to apply.
