Assistant Venue Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations by overseeing all aspects of the venue to ensure smooth functioning.
• Encourage and inspire the team to cultivate a positive and successful workplace culture.
• Assist with inventory management, reporting duties, compliance requirements, and general venue upkeep.
• Act as the primary point of contact and uphold operational standards in the absence of the Venue Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in hospitality, preferably within pubs, bars, or busy dining establishments.
• Possession of valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling), and TAB Basics certifications.
• Strong enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest services and fostering a lively venue atmosphere.
