Job Overview
The Assistant Supervisor role at the Department of Family Medicine, United Arab Emirates University, is responsible for ensuring student adherence to the campus behavior policies and regulations established by the Deanship of Student Life. This includes consistent monitoring and reporting of student conduct violations, providing guidance, and overseeing student activity behavior during events.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor student compliance with campus behavior policies and regulations as per the approved procedures by the Deanship of Student Life.
- Conduct daily rounds across different campus buildings to observe and provide counsel to female students through routine feedback.
- Identify and report behavioral violations of students within the university premises to the immediate supervisor.
- Oversee behavioral aspects during the organization of daily campus activities and events, covering both morning and evening shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum required qualification: Diploma.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma.
