Key Responsibilities

• Manage workforce scheduling to ensure genuine customer engagement on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers warmly and assist them with product knowledge encompassing styles, features, and benefits.
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for both employees and shoppers.
• Consistently demonstrate service standards and omnichannel experience while coaching team members to achieve success.
• Analyze business performance proactively and take appropriate actions to improve results by communicating and driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the store team.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing store associates to build and retain a high-performing team.
• Recognize outstanding employee contributions and provide corrective guidance when necessary.
• Plan, monitor, and report task completion and financial outcomes using company tools.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement merchandising standards, plan promotions, execute markdowns, and optimize product placement.
• Enhance customer loyalty through company-supported programs.
• Minimize loss by maintaining high levels of customer service, education, and operational control measures.

Candidate Profile

• Displays a positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Exhibits effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership, supervision, and customer engagement capabilities.
• Possesses strong computer proficiency including Outlook, Excel, and internet navigation.
• Holds at least one year of retail or related management experience.
• Has completed high school education or equivalent.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Capacity to stand or walk for extended durations and climb ladders safely.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and at least two weekly closing shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wages for this role range between $18.70 and $25.00, depending on experience and workplace location.
