About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive Assistant Store Manager to join our vibrant team at the Warringah Mall Pandora store. Role Overview
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will act as the brand ambassador responsible for managing the daily operations of the store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide crucial support to ensure the store’s commercial success and oversee all operational facets of a high-performing retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager by coaching, motivating, and leading the store team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage retail operations including stock control, enforcement of store procedures, scheduling team rotas, securing the store and tracking sales performance.
- Assume full responsibility for store operation and trading in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Maintain a prominent retail floor presence, ensuring teams are effectively distributed to optimize customer experience and sales opportunities.
- Become a product expert in Pandora’s handcrafted luxury jewelry through comprehensive training and help develop the team’s potential.
Candidate Profile
The ideal Assistant Store Manager will be a confident leader with strong team-player skills, committed to delivering an outstanding Pandora shopping experience. Prior retail management or senior supervisory experience with a recognized brand or consumer products is preferred.
