We seek a responsible and seasoned Retail Store Manager to oversee daily functions of a women’s and men’s ethnic wear store, ensuring smooth operations, supervising staff, and managing customer interactions proficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations ensuring efficient functioning
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store personnel
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Maintain store cleanliness and appealing visual merchandising
- Oversee inventory management and stock control
- Coordinate delivery schedules and manage orders
- Ensure sales targets are met consistently
- Prepare staff schedules and track attendance
Requirements
