NORMAL is a vibrant, innovative Danish retail chain that first opened its doors in April 2013. Having expanded rapidly, it now operates approximately 1000 stores across twelve countries. The company is currently extending its footprint into Ireland and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to join its team in Wexford.

Position Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager and lead the store team to drive sales growth and ensure superior customer experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining high store standards and a well-organized presentation of an exciting product range. The role offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where leadership, responsibility, and proactive engagement are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in supervising and leading the sales team.
• Drive sales initiatives and contribute to the store's overall growth.
• Ensure the store is stocked, orderly, and visually appealing at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences that encourage repeat business.
• Maintain high operational standards with a focus on merchandising.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Previous experience in retail, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong enthusiasm for store operations and merchandising excellence.
• Ability to foster a positive shopping atmosphere that attracts repeat customers.
• Highly independent, detail-focused, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities; able to lead by example with a positive mindset and translate concepts into actions.

Compensation

The offered salary ranges from €38,000 to €40,000 annually.
