NORMAL is a vibrant and rapidly expanding Danish retail brand launched in April 2013. Now operating close to 1000 stores across twelve countries, the company is extending its reach into Ireland. We seek a Store Manager to lead our inaugural store in Ireland and join a company culture focused on respect, collaboration, and shared success.

Role Overview

The Store Manager will be pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving the store's growth and profitability. You will manage and inspire your team, uphold store standards, and develop motivating and sales-focused retail displays that resonate with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a dynamic team tailored to support store goals.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
