About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager to join our team in Oberhausen, North Rhine-Westphalia. This is a full-time onsite position with an immediate start. The role involves supporting the store leadership in managing all market operations and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership in organizing and executing all operational processes, including product range configuration and sales promotion.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as sales, costs, and inventory development, contributing actively to the economic management of the store.
• Ensure smooth merchandise flow, compliance with legal and company regulations, and maintain operational standards.
• Promote quality and customer orientation to create a compelling shopping experience.
• Lead the team by planning staffing schedules and fostering a motivating work environment as the primary contact for team members.
