About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our PULL&BEAR store located in the Mall of Berlin. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a key role in driving the store’s commercial success every day. You will translate strategic objectives into visible results by effectively managing people, performance, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead teams, nurture talent, and ensure the commercial goals are consistently met. You will keep a balanced focus on sales performance, customer service, and team morale. Working alongside the Store Manager, you will make crucial decisions, prioritize daily operations, and continuously advance the store’s progress. Your influence will be evident throughout the team, sales floor, and in business metrics.
Candidate Profile
You understand that a successful store thrives on clear leadership and meaningful motivation. Your ability to oversee revenue, service quality, and the overall store atmosphere equally will enable you to create an engaging environment. You are collaborative and decisive, supporting the Store Manager in driving the store forward every day.
