About the Role

Join Beacon Lighting at our Prospect, New South Wales location as an Assistant Store Manager. In this full-time position, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to inspire and lead your team, increase sales, and ensure exceptional customer service experiences. Responsibilities

• Motivate and develop your team through effective coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership.
• Drive sales growth across retail, trade, and design sectors.
• Provide outstanding service that creates memorable experiences for all customers.
• Establish and strengthen trade relationships, expanding participation in the Retail & Trade Loyalty Program.
• Use your expertise to assist customers in selecting the best lighting and design solutions.
• Maintain the store's visual merchandising and presentation to the highest standards.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment prioritizing health and safety for both team members and customers.
• Work alongside the Store Manager to meet operational excellence and store performance goals.
