About the Role
Join Anaconda as a Team Leader and play an essential part in leading the retail team to success by ensuring outstanding customer experiences. This role involves supporting and guiding the team across all business areas, driving sales to exceed targets, managing product departments, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the retail team in daily operations and business objectives.
- Coach, develop, and motivate a team of up to 20 members to meet performance goals.
- Drive sales, service quality, merchandising, and product management initiatives.
- Analyze sales trends and promote top-selling products to maximize store performance.
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service at every interaction.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience in a large-format retail environment.
- Ability to manage and inspire a sizable team effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and key performers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience handling high stock volumes.
- Enthusiasm for outdoor activities is highly desirable.
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain training provided by the company.
- Availability for full-time shifts, including late nights and weekend work.
- Legal right to work full-time in Australia.
