Role Responsibilities

• Lead and support the retail team in all operational aspects
• Set a positive example by coaching and developing team members
• Drive sales, service, and merchandising efforts to exceed targets
• Own product management within respective departments
• Ensure outstanding customer service is consistently delivered

Candidate Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a large-format retail setting
• Capability to motivate and lead teams of up to 20 people
• Strong understanding of sales trends and key product performers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing inventories with high stock volumes
• Passion for the outdoors is highly desirable
• First Aid certification or willingness to undergo training provided by the company
• Availability for full-time work including late nights and weekends
• Must possess full legal working rights in Australia
