Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager for our Noosaville location. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily store activities, drive performance, coach team members, and ensure a stellar customer experience in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational management and help meet sales and performance goals.
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Participate in visual merchandising, stock control, and maintaining attractive store displays.
- Assist with payroll oversight and efficient staff scheduling.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members.
- Maintain a compliant and safe store environment.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in senior sales or leadership support roles such as Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, or similar positions.
- A proactive and ambitious approach with a strong commitment to advancing leadership capabilities.
- Genuine passion for team growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet defined targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations including stock management and visual merchandising.
