Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our Chatswood location. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee the daily store activities, mentor and lead your team, and contribute significantly to achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service and high performance.
- Support visual merchandising efforts, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure the store’s appearance reflects brand standards.
- Manage labor costs through effective rostering and wage oversight.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and career progression.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and positive store environment.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a senior sales or leadership support role, such as Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, or Assistant Store Manager.
- Strong proactive approach with a keen interest in leadership development.
- Passion for fostering team growth and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to drive sales performance and meet established targets.
- Knowledge of stock management, retail operations, and visual merchandising principles.
