Assistant Store Manager - Kilkenny

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain excellent store standards daily in our Kilkenny location. You will be instrumental in managing store performance, meeting targets, and overseeing smooth operational flow including team coaching, stock control, and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities

You will be at the core of the store’s leadership, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and organized shopping environment for both colleagues and customers. Your role includes inspiring the team, developing future leaders, leading by example, and keeping a close watch on sales and daily store activities in a fast-paced retail setting.

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates will have prior retail experience and strong leadership skills focused on people development. Essential qualities include excellent organizational abilities, commercial awareness, and maintaining calmness under pressure.
