Assistant Store Manager - Karl Lagerfeld Paris

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Karl Lagerfeld Paris, you will play a key role in supporting business growth by partnering closely with Store Managers to drive efficient operations and prioritize outstanding customer experiences. You will act as a role model, inspiring the sales team to deliver excellent service and uphold the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and team sales targets while encouraging peers to enhance overall store performance.
• Ensure exemplary customer service both personally and by leading others.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment consistent with company visual merchandising guidelines to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Provide clear direction to associates ensuring proper floor coverage and completion of operational tasks.
• Support the growth of a sales-driven team through onboarding, training, coaching, and morale boosting initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum two years of successful leadership experience in specialty retail, preferably within fashion.
• Post-secondary education is encouraged, with degrees in retail management considered an advantage.
• Proven ability in client engagement including outreach, appointment setting, and maintaining a relevant client network.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively promote sales and customer relations.
• Capability to thrive in a high-paced retail setting demonstrating leadership qualities.
