Job Overview

The Assistant Store Manager role is critical to maximizing sales, enhancing operational efficiencies, and achieving targets by leading and motivating the retail team. The position involves dynamic, fast-paced responsibilities focused on inspiring staff to deliver excellent service and operational excellence.

Shift Schedule

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Sunday: 10:00 - 17:00
  • Monday: 11:45 - 20:15
  • Wednesday: 08:45 - 17:15
  • Thursday: 08:45 - 17:15
  • Friday: 11:45 - 20:15

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading, managing, and supporting the team to perform at their peak, including covering managerial duties as needed.
  • Foster an environment prioritizing outstanding customer service, accuracy in stock management, and the achievement of sales targets within a commercial, safe, and efficient retail setting.
  • Lead by example through active involvement in operational and commercial tasks alongside the team.
  • Maintain up-to-date and clear communication to meet business demands effectively.

  • Effective multitasking abilities, with strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage workload efficiently.
