About the Role

Become an integral part of the Skechers team at our Dundrum location by taking on the role of Assistant Store Manager. Since establishing our first Irish store in 2010, Skechers has expanded to 26 outlets across Ireland and Northern Ireland, with continued growth on the horizon. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Guide and supervise store employees in alignment with management's directions.
• Take full charge of store functions when the Store Manager is absent.
• Collaborate with the team on merchandising, customer services, and HR activities.
• Analyze and report daily operational metrics and assist in planning recruitment and sales initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels efficiently while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain an inviting and organized store environment and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Assist and support clients as necessary and help troubleshoot issues.
• Bear responsibility for achieving store sales objectives.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in supervisory or assistant management roles within retail.
• Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on team development and coaching.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Adaptability to varied work schedules.
• Outstanding interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving proficiencies.
• Physical fitness to perform duties involving reaching overhead, bending, kneeling, squatting, and carrying merchandise.
