About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised Assistant Store Manager to join our team at DFO Homebush. If you excel in leading retail operations and motivating teams to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service, this is the role for you.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as a key brand ambassador and manage the day-to-day operations of the store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a crucial supporting role in ensuring the store's commercial success and oversee operational management of a high-performing retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and motivate the in-store team with coaching to reach sales targets and uphold outstanding Pandora customer service.
  • Manage retail operations including stock control, following store procedures, organizing team activities to optimize sales, overseeing security, scheduling, and tracking sales performance.
  • Assume full operational responsibility for the store in absence of the Store Manager.
  • Maintain a strong floor presence, managing team deployment throughout the sales area to maximize customer engagement.
  • Become a Pandora product expert through thorough training and empower team members to develop their skills.
