We are seeking a skilled Assistant Store Manager for our New Sudbury Center location in Sudbury, Ontario. This role involves closely partnering with the Store Manager to enhance the store's performance by leading and supporting the team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service to maintain our standing as Canada’s premier destination for gaming, electronics, and collectibles. This includes helping the Store Manager with the daily coaching, mentoring, and development of associates to equip them with the necessary skills, training, and resources to succeed. Furthermore, the Assistant Manager fosters strong team relationships, assists in recognizing top talent, and collaborates on growth and development plans for team members.
