Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Join Pandora, a globally renowned jewellery brand, as an Assistant Store Manager in Guildford, England. We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £38,400 annually (full-time equivalent), plus a monthly bonus scheme of 10–20%. This permanent position requires 40 hours per week working across all days: Monday through Sunday. Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales performance by analysing commercial data such as sales figures, key performance indicators, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
• Assist the Store Manager in executing effective sales plans and maintaining visual merchandising standards that align with brand guidelines.
• Lead and develop a diverse, motivated team through consistent communication, coaching, and feedback to unlock their full potential.
• Champion Pandora’s values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver, setting an example as a trusted leader.
• Provide exceptional customer service from the shop floor by utilizing deep product knowledge and storytelling, resolving escalated customer issues professionally.
• Support daily store operations including staff scheduling, stock management, cash handling, security, health and safety compliance, and ensuring high standards on the shop floor.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail leadership roles, preferably with consumer product or luxury retail brands.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and foster a culture of outstanding customer service.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with flexibility to adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic approach aligned with Pandora’s brand values.
• A professional appearance and a passion for retail and desirable products.
