Role Overview

We invite passionate individuals to take a leadership role as Assistant Store Manager within our Autobarn family. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and nurture a customer-centered team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficiently operated store environment.
• Boost sales through product promotion, upselling, and ensuring sales targets are met.
• Provide customers with knowledgeable advice on automotive parts and accessories.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop team members on the sales floor.
• Manage stock levels, oversee inventory control, and facilitate deliveries.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operational leadership and step in during their absence.

Candidate Profile

• Previous retail leadership or assistant management experience.
• Strong customer service expertise with a track record of achieving sales KPIs.
• Ability to coach and inspire team members effectively.
• Proficiency in inventory and stock management as well as store operational processes.
• Experience in retail is essential; familiarity with the automotive sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
• A positive and proactive approach with eagerness for ongoing learning and growth.
