Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor your team through coaching and active leadership to enhance their skills and morale.
• Increase sales across multiple channels including retail floor, trade clients, and design projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable in-store experiences.
• Maintain and grow trade partnerships and engage clients through our Retail & Trade Loyalty Program.
• Offer expert advice to customers to assist them in selecting lighting and design solutions confidently.
• Ensure the store maintains top-tier visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Promote a safe and healthy workplace, emphasizing team and customer wellbeing.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to meet operational targets and store objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Experience succeeding in retail, sales, or customer service environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• A proactive attitude marked by curiosity and a willingness to learn continuously.
• Ability to manage stress and multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Responsible and solution-oriented mindset with initiative to improve processes.
