Position Overview

Join The North Face as an Assistant Store Manager where you will lead a team, drive sales, and share your passion for outdoor activities. This role involves managing sales, overseeing visual merchandising efforts, and handling inventory management. You will also have the chance to step into the Store Manager role during absences to demonstrate your leadership capabilities.

Candidate Profile

We seek a highly motivated and energetic individual who embodies our inclusive culture valuing diversity, enjoyment, and a family-like environment. An ideal candidate enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping, or traveling. You should possess a minimum of two years in a comparable role or two to three years in retail sales. While a Retail Certificate is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Proficiency with computers and strong leadership abilities to manage a dynamic team are essential.
