About the Role

Work Schedule

You will be expected to work across all days of the week: Monday through Saturday, totaling 40 hours per week in a permanent position.

• Assist customers in highlighting their personal style using our jewelry
• Create emotional and enthusiastic experiences through jewelry interactions
• Ensure customers feel welcomed, well served, and motivated to return, whether through sales, consultation, or back-office support

Candidate Profile

• A strong service-oriented mindset with proactive engagement
• High creativity, initiative, and dedication
• Enjoyment in interacting with people
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Background in retail environments
• Familiarity with visual merchandising is a plus
• Experience working with performance metrics is advantageous
• Proficiency in English
