Position Overview
Realstar is recruiting for an Assistant Resident Manager position operated by a two-person team. This role includes living on-site with a work schedule consisting of four weekdays, alternating weekends, and occasional evening on-call duties.

Key Duties
- Maintaining cleanliness of common property areas such as hallways, stairwells, and amenities
- Performing minor maintenance tasks and troubleshooting issues
- Preparing vacant apartments for new tenants
- Delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Providing support with leasing apartments
- Responding to on-call requests as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is advantageous
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Familiarity with safe handling of cleaning chemicals (WHMIS knowledge)
- Capability to perform general cleaning and minor repair duties
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including garbage bins, furniture, appliances, and perform snow removal activities, sometimes over long durations
- Basic proficiency with computers and typing
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
