Job Overview
We invite individuals starting out in quantity surveying to advance their careers by joining our dynamic team as Assistant Quantity Surveyors, contributing to major projects across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chartered cost managers through the entire cost management process on active and high-profile projects.
- Support cost planning, estimating, and Bills of Quantities measurement.
- Contribute to the preparation of tender and procurement documentation.
- Help with cost reporting, valuations, and administration during post-contract phases.
- Gain practical experience and mentorship from chartered professionals on important schemes.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics accredited by SCSI or RICS.
- Possesses approximately 1 to 3 years of experience, with preference for consultancy or PQS placement experience.
- Demonstrates strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with CostX, Cubit, or Bluebeam is advantageous.
- Shows enthusiasm and commitment toward achieving professional chartered status.
