Role Overview
The Assistant Production Manager will support the plant head in managing daily operations within a manufacturing facility employing 120 staff members. The focus lies on efficient production management, raw material scheduling, and ensuring timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to meet set targets effectively.
- Supervise manpower deployment and day-to-day shop-floor functions.
- Guarantee quality standards and on-schedule completion of production batches.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Stores departments to align operations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports while striving to reduce equipment and process downtime.
