Position Overview

Join a prestigious luxury brand as an Assistant Outlet Manager and contribute to delivering exceptional service aligned with the company's legendary standards. You will lead the staff, oversee operations to ensure seamless dining experiences, and uphold the highest quality standards in guest care and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate team efforts to provide outstanding service and fulfill guest requirements efficiently.
  • Inspect staff appearance and rectify grooming or attire issues as necessary.
  • Perform opening and closing duties including preparation of supplies, equipment cleaning, and securing areas.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in storage areas, applying FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory principles and conducting stock checks.
  • Monitor dining room availability, service quality, guest safety, and overall wellbeing.
  • Initiate maintenance work orders and follow up on repairs.
  • Support recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluation, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary activities for team members.
  • Serve as a key advocate and first contact for fair treatment policies, ensuring inclusive and respectful workplace practices.
  • Enforce compliance with all safety and security regulations, report incidents, and participate in mandatory safety training and certification programs.
  • Maintain professional and clean personal appearance; protect company confidential information and assets.
  • Greet and interact with guests according to company standards, anticipating and catering to their needs, including those with disabilities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers, fostering collaborative and positive work relationships.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and reduce costs.
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, navigating confined spaces, and using fine motor skills as required.
  • Carry out additional reasonable responsibilities assigned by supervisors as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Minimum of two years relevant professional experience.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
  • No specific license or certification required.
