About The Role

Step into your first leadership position with the Woolworths Group as an Assistant Department Manager, a critical role offering a promising pathway for career advancement in retail through our Store Leadership Pathway program. This position involves daily management of department functions while collaborating across the store to deliver excellent customer service and a supportive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an engaging and inclusive work environment that encourages authenticity and consistently enhances the customer shopping experience.
