Overview

Join Woolworths Group as an Assistant Online Manager, a role that serves as an entry point to a rewarding career in retail management. Work Schedule

The position follows a roster where shifts run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM between Tuesday and Thursday, with flexibility to work a 4-day week to promote a balanced work-life dynamic suited to individual and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Create and sustain an inclusive, engaging team culture that values authenticity and aims to deliver an exceptional shopping experience during the customer journey.
  • Assist department operations daily while collaborating with store teams to ensure excellence across all store functions.
  • Prioritize safety rigorously by adhering to and promoting correct procedures for the protection of customers and staff.
  • Demonstrate customer care through the Everyday ACTs model: Acknowledge, Care, and Thank.
