Role Overview
The Assistant Online Manager role at Woolworths Group serves as an entry point to a rewarding and dynamic career within the company. As a key contributor to daily operations, the Assistant Online Manager works across various store functions to ensure a superior shopping experience and foster a positive work environment.
Work Schedule
The role follows a specified roster schedule:
- Sunday: 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM
- Monday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM
- Wednesday: 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM
- Thursday: 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Create and nurture an engaging, inclusive team atmosphere that encourages individuality while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
- Take on leadership responsibilities with guidance, developing skills for future retail career advancement.
- Support department teams by mastering operational knowledge and ensuring smooth daily functioning.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for the store and its customers.
- Prioritize safety by enforcing correct procedures to protect team members and shoppers alike.
- Contribute to the overall store success by understanding and supporting cross-store operations.
