Position Overview
The Assistant Nightfill Manager role offers an engaging, diverse team environment where you can be authentic while ensuring customers enjoy a consistently positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to daily departmental operations, collaborating throughout the store to ensure customers receive excellent service and team members work in a supportive environment.
- Role model customer engagement by practicing Everyday ACTs - acknowledging, caring, and thanking customers to exceed their expectations.
- Prioritize safety for staff and customers by enforcing correct store processes and procedures rigorously.
- Assist and learn department functions to provide consistent support to team members.
- Collaborate well with others to achieve outstanding results.
- Develop a growing self-awareness of leadership style and pursue growth as a future store leader.
- Work with multiple stores when needed to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
- Maintain a curious approach to upskill and build capabilities for career advancement.
Work Schedule
Working hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with a flexible option to work a four-day week to support a healthy work-life balance tailored to personal and business needs.
