Key Responsibilities
- Creating and processing orders to ensure timely delivery to our stores.
- Coordinating and managing samples in close collaboration with buyers.
- Communicating with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments.
- Guaranteeing smooth goods flow including handling complaints and feedback on quality.
- Serving as the contact person for various import orders and container deliveries.
- Supporting accounting-related tasks such as resolving price discrepancies and verifying payment agreements.
- Maintaining and updating important master data (article and supplier information) together with our master data team in Poland.
- Preparing and assisting in assortment reviews and adjustments within your category.
Candidate Profile
- Commercial training background in retail or wholesale and foreign trade.
- Experience in administrative and accounting purchasing processes is advantageous.
- Proficient with common MS Office programs, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Strong team spirit, responsibility, and high reliability.
- Accurate and organized work approach with a high level of independence.
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
