Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Marketing Manager with comprehensive expertise in the hospitality sector to craft and execute marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand presence, driving revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement, and aligning with the wider business goals of our hospitality portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate and deploy all-encompassing marketing plans for hotels, restaurants, resorts, and related hospitality ventures.
- Oversee the marketing calendar including campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.
- Design targeted strategies to uplift occupancy rates, foot traffic, bookings, food and beverage revenue, and overall customer interaction.
- Lead digital marketing efforts such as social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO, online advertising, and content creation.
- Enhance and manage the organization’s visibility on social media and hospitality digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with operational, sales, F&B, and commercial teams to ensure marketing aligns with business targets.
- Create promotional campaigns for special events, seasonal deals, staycation offers, dining promotions, and other occasions.
- Supervise the creation of marketing assets including brochures, menus, ads, presentations, digital content, and promotional literature.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, media firms, influencers, and external partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor moves, customer preferences, and developments within the hospitality industry.
- Manage marketing budgets with a focus on optimal resource use and measurable return on investment.
- Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs, analytics, customer engagement metrics, lead generation, bookings, and revenue contribution.
- Support public relations, media engagement, influencer partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.
- Organize and execute hospitality events, product launches, activations, and promotional activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Compile and present routine marketing performance reports along with strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years in marketing roles within the hospitality, hotel, resort, food and beverage, or leisure sectors.
- Profound understanding of hospitality marketing and client acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated success in managing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Experience coordinating with agencies, creative teams, influencers, and media partners.
- Solid commercial insight with the capacity to connect marketing initiatives directly to revenue and business results.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and project management capabilities.
- Capability to juggle multiple brands, properties, campaigns, and priorities concurrently.
