Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the in-store customer journey and directly contributing to sales results. Your duties will include greeting customers, understanding their preferences, offering suitable product recommendations, and providing styling advice tailored for teenagers to build trust. You will ensure high retail standards by maintaining product displays, supporting stock replenishment, and keeping the store organized and inviting. This role demands energetic involvement, commercial savvy, and sincere interest in fashion and youth culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complete customer service from welcome to transaction, using active listening and thoughtful product suggestions to enhance sales and return visits.
• Interpret customer tastes to provide relevant product and styling advice for teenagers and families, upholding the brand’s premium image.
• Meet daily sales targets by monitoring personal performance and adapting sales techniques based on customer feedback, stock status, and store priorities.
• Maintain premier visual merchandising, product arrangement, dressing room readiness, and replenishment to ensure a quality shopping environment.
• Develop deep product knowledge about the collections including sizes, fits, materials, and care instructions to answer queries confidently.
• Collect customer feedback and repeat needs, sharing valuable insights with the team to optimize product range, service, and local relevance.
• Support operational activities like opening/closing routines, inventory accuracy, cash handling, and control processes while preserving great customer engagement.

• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, digital tools, stock processes, and performance metrics; willingness to learn company systems.
• Professional spoken English is required; knowledge of additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai retail is an advantage.
