Job description
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing brand and marketing strategies for Keemart, ensuring campaigns align with brand values, commercial goals, and business priorities.
- Coordinate multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, CRM, in-app messaging, out-of-home advertising, retail outlets, partnerships, and other relevant channels to maintain consistent messaging and punctual execution.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal departments to craft and deliver locally relevant and engaging content tailored to the Saudi Arabian market.
- Partner with growth, commercial, product, and operations teams to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, targeted category promotions, and campaigns that elevate traffic, order volume, and customer lifetime value.
- Support merchant partnership management, brand activation events, and local initiatives including briefing, coordinating, execution oversight, and post-campaign performance analysis.
- Monitor industry trends in e-commerce, quick-commerce, grocery, and retail sectors within Saudi Arabia, track competitor marketing activities, offers, channel developments, customer propositions, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Oversee daily coordination with creative, media, production, and activation agencies, managing schedules, deliverables, budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of quality outcomes.
- Analyze marketing campaign and channel metrics to generate comprehensive post-campaign reports highlighting key learnings and optimization recommendations.
- Foster collaboration with commercial, growth, product, operations, business intelligence, design, and regional teams to align marketing activities with realistic, data-driven business objectives.
Qualifications
- More than five years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within e-commerce, quick-commerce, online retail, marketplaces, FMCG, or consumer technology sectors.
- Strong preference for candidates possessing direct marketing experience within the Saudi Arabian market, with a deep understanding of local consumer behaviors, media consumption patterns, cultural factors, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting or leading integrated marketing campaigns, brand communications, content development, and promotional activities from initial planning through to delivery and evaluation.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing principles including customer acquisition techniques, CRM systems, key performance indicators, e-commerce sales funnels, conversion optimization, retention strategies, and promotional mechanics.
- Excellent organizational prowess and project management capabilities, proficient in handling multiple projects, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders, managing timelines, and budgets efficiently in dynamic environments.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and business data, identify trends, assess campaign effectiveness, and implement actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration locally and regionally.
- Fluent English language ability is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
