Role Overview

We seek an experienced Assistant Manager to support operations at a single store location. This role involves overseeing hiring, managing staff, driving financial results, and ensuring outstanding guest service. To set you up for success, you will undergo at least three weeks of store leadership training, coupled with ongoing mentorship and community support.

  • Assist in day-to-day store operations and leadership.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage associates to accomplish store financial and service goals.
  • Help deliver exceptional guest experiences through effective team coordination.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Must be willing to relocate within a 50-mile radius of the store's location if required.
  • Availability to work varied shifts including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays per business demands.
  • Serve Safe certification in food safety is required.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role requires standing for extended periods, handling hot and cold foods, and using kitchen tools including a Chinese cook knife. Workspaces can be confined, loud, and involve exposure to heat and steam. Employees must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and reaching across counters. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and effective communication is essential.
